Kyle is a former standout goalie for Cornell Men's Lacrosse. After battling cancer during college (and yet still returning to play Cornell Lacrosse!) he then went on to play for the Canadian National Team, where he led his team to a gold medal win. In recent years Kyle has been a motivational speaker, sharing his love of sports and example of determination with youth groups. But in the past year, the Osteosarcoma cancer has returned, sidelining the great athlete and mentor. 

Kyle is set to try Immunepheresis, a very expensive treatment only provided in Germany. His treatment will cost $180,000. Neither his private or national health insurance will cover the costs. Cornell Field Hockey Association – Washington, DC Alumnae and Friends Dinner with the Team

Dear Cornell Field Hockey Family,

Please join the Cornell Field Hockey Association (CFHA) for an Alumnae and Friends Dinner with Cornell Field Hockey on Saturday, October 6, 2012, the night before the team takes on Georgetown University.  The dinner will be held in downtown Washington, DC and will include an opportunity for alums, friends and fans of Cornell Field Hockey to meet the team and participate in some networking/mentoring activities.  We hope to see you there!
